These terms describe the residential and light commercial cleaning services provided by TrueClean Window Washing LLC, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Requesting a quote or booking a cleaning means you accept these terms.
We clean residential windows inside and out, commercial and storefront glass, screens, skylights, chandeliers and high interior glass, gutters, driveways and concrete, and we carry out house washing and soft washing. We use a water-fed pole and purified water so most exterior glass is cleaned from ground level. We only carry out the services listed here, and only the work we have agreed with you in advance.
We work 7am to 6pm with a two person crew and we come to your home. Appointments are confirmed before work begins. If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Purified water dries with no spots, so the glass is rinsed clean rather than wiped. If your glass is not spot free after our visit, we come back and make it right. That is our guarantee.
A standard home exterior clean is $180 and takes about 90 minutes. Windows are priced from $8 to $10 each and interior window cleaning is $100. Pressure washing, house washing and soft washing are quoted after we see the job. Any estimate is confirmed before any work starts. Payment is due on completion of the work, in a manner we agree with you when you book.
We take care of your home. We clean from ground level where we can, with no ladders leaning against your siding and no feet in your flower beds. If we believe a job cannot be done safely or without risk to your property, we will tell you before we start.
